Client Spotlight:

The USGA conducts the U.S. Open, U.S. Women’s Open and 12 other championships, including 10 that are exclusively for amateurs. Knight Eady helps the USGA curate marketing and creative content for various championships.

My Role:

As the USGA became one of Knight Eady's primary clients, our entire marketing and creative departments worked together on all deliverables and was led by our V.P. of Marketing and Communications, Katie Jernigan.

Portions of my role included:
  • Leading the pre-production, production, and production for national and regional television spots.
  • Leading the team to capture championship content through videography, photography and drone videography.
  • Brainstorming topical messaging for our deliverables.
  • Repurposing content for various mediums.
  • Creative conception of USGA's mobile marketing unit.
  • Pre-producing, producing, and post producing "Trophy Talk" video episodes.


National and Regional Commercials

It's not every day that as a creative, you're given the opportunity to edit Tiger Woods USGA Championship highlight clips. Our commercial work started with the 2018 U.S. Women's Open Golf Championship and quickly expanded to all four major USGA Championships. From shooting course b-roll in the off-season, to capturing the final putts of Championship Sunday, these commercials proved to be some of my most fulfilling work at Knight Eady.
